Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
• Provide direct support to management with secretarial and administrative duties.
• Write, format, and edit reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Handle internal and external correspondence on behalf of management.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and send reminders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take clear minutes, and follow up on action points.

Office & Operational Coordination
• Enter data, maintain databases, and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Liaise with internal departments, address inquiries, and answer phone calls professionally.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and logistics.
• Copy, scan, and manage physical and digital documents.
• Oversee event preparation, including setup and refreshments.

Facilities, Supplies & Logistics
• Manage office supplies, order replacements, and maintain general office upkeep.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and other logistics.
• Support planned office events and ensure operational readiness.

Professional Standards
• Maintain high levels of business etiquette, confidentiality, and service quality at all times.

Who You Are
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Able to work 32–40 hours per week.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Able and willing to work from the Cruquius office.
• Residing near Spaarneweg 14, 2142 EN Cruquius, Netherlands.

What We Offer
• €2,560 – €3,000 gross per month
